Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), have launched the Tripartite Standards to complement the existing
employment laws, tripartite guidelines and advisories. Each standard will
specify a set of progressive practices that are verifiable and can also be
sector-specific. Taken together, this will form a comprehensive map to help
employers build fair and progressive workplaces.
